Thanks Glenn that was a great speech and spoke of exactly what the problems are that we face as a nation.
We must unite as common citizens to turn this nation around.

Please retire Lucy Allen!
The contrast between the values and principles that Glen Bradley appears to hold to and the ones that Lucy Allen has shown that she holds is black and white.
Remember when the US Supreme Court ruled against the property owners (Kelo) in New London, CT? Nearly 100% of US Citizens polled were outraged about that decision and State Governments across the US started passing laws to strengthen property rights on the State level.
NC formed a Legislative Committee to study the eminent domain issue and to decide the language of stronger protections in the law. Lucy Allen was on that committee. And what was her biggest concern according to her comments in the committee meetings?
Lucy Allen made an impassioned plea to the committee to "First Do No Harm!!"
But it was not harm to the property owners she was concerned about. Lucy Allen was concerned about the government losing any power to take YOUR land if it wanted to.
If you care about your property rights, it is time to retire Lucy Allen before she does some serious damage.
Campaign signs
I've noticed your campaign signs placed in a public right of way, which is AGAINST THE LAW. I would never vote for any candidate who is incapable of obeying the law.
Interestingly enough,
When we filed for office we received a document specifying how, when, and where signs were to be placed. While most of my peers running for office will place their signs directly against the road where they are not authorized, I have made it a point to obey the letter of the law. If you are uncertain about what the law actually says, a copy can be obtained from the Franklin County and the North Carolina Board of Elections.
